Job Description:
1.Understand and accept company culture and rules of Management and Operation for all function related to customs clearance operations.
2.Collect import & export documents (B/L, P/L, Invoice, Contract etc.), prepare customer clearance documents, cross-check to ensure all documents are correct and aligned.
3.Check import & export product list with China Trading department policy, apply required import & export license.
4.Submit required documents and coordinate Customs Broker to complete customs clearance for each shipment in time and comply China Customs & CCIQ rules/policies, coordinate to solve problems in clearance process.
5.Collect/check/confirm import and export fees & charges including duty/taxes and handling cost, and follow up payments accordingly.
6.Periodically review/update/optimize customs clearance process, improve efficiency and quality.

Job Requirement:
1.College or above education background with major in international trading related
2.2 years or above experience in import & export operation and customs clearance related areas
3.Good English reading and writing , CET 4 or above; good command in Excel, Word, Windows, Power Point
4.Customs Clearance and Commodity Inspection qualifications, international trading and import & export knowledge
