  • 开发西南区新的主机厂客户和最终用户客户
  • Develop main engine factories and end customers in assigned territory
  • 管理西南区现有的客户,开发新项目和业务机会;
  • Manage existing customers and develop new projects by finding opportunities through customers;
  • 开发西南区市场的潜力,提高博格曼在西南区的市场占有率;
  • Developing potential customers and improve Eagleburgmann market shares by deep penetrating in assigned areas
  • 提升对西南区客户在销售、技术、服务、选型等支持能力,提高客户满意度
  • Improve customer sales, technical, service and other support in assigned area, improve customer satisfaction


主要职责:




  • 定期拜访客户,持续跟踪客户的生产、采购、工程技术、运维等部门,搜寻销售业务机会;
  • Visit customers regularly and follow customer needs in those department functions such as production, procurement, technical and operations ,maintain good relationship with customers to look for new opportunities;
  • 作为技术型销售,对客户提供选型报价、技术咨询、订单、交货、收款等销售服务;
  • As a technical sales, who is responsible for supporting Type-selection, Quotation, Technical support, Order, Delivery, Payment and a series of service;
  • 对相关应用行业客户进行分析摸牌,开发西南区新的主机厂客户和最终用户客户;
  • Analyzing and recording every important customers, develop potential customers by visiting customer regularly;
  • 完成公司下达的订单、销售、收款、业务开发等业务指标;
  • Complete the task assigned by company and line manager, such as Sales target, Payment collection, new customers development target;
  • 着力开发后市场业务,提升价格水平,提高后市场业务的整体占比;
  • Focus on developing after market business, advocate value sales to improve sales price level and improve after market shares;
  • 支持项目团队跟进和开发大项目,并在项目执行过程中提供支持;
  • Provide support to Project Team to follow big project like petrochemical in assigned area;
  • 准时并高质量地完成订单和销售预测、C4C客户管理等工作;
  • Complete order intake and sales forecast in high quality on time, record important and potential customers in C4C customer management system.
  • 调动公司内部工程技术、售后服务、生产、质量等资源对客户提供高质量的产品和服务;
  • Mobilize customer internal resources such as engineering, service department, production, quality department to offer high quality product and service to customers;
  • 对市场、行业、应用、竞争对手、客户、代理商进行调查研究,并及时向管理层反馈;
  • Investigate the assigned area including market, customers, product application, competitors, and dealer, report to line manager timely.

Education Background学历:


  • 本科或以上学历,机械或流体自动化专业
  • Master degree or above, mechanical or fluid related major is preferred



Work Experience工作经验:



  • 三年技术类产品销售经验
  • 3+ years technical sales working experience
  • 掌握价值销售和技巧
  • command value-sales techniques
  • 流体控制类技术和产品经验(机械密封、泵、压缩机,阀门等等)
  • Fluid control related experience(Mechanical Seal, Pump, Compressor, valve and so on)
  • 流体控制类行业客户销售经验(石油,炼化,化工,水处理,食品饮料,医药,发电等)
  • Fluid control related customers sales experience(petroleum and refining chemical, water processing, metallurgy, food and beverage, medicine, electricity generate and so on)
  • 项目类销售经验(业主、设计院、工程公司等)
  • Project sales experience(owner, designing institute, engineering company and so on)
  • 管理和开发OEM客户的经验
  • Managing and developing OEM customers experience
