JOB DESCRIPTION

    

    

1. Perform Quality Assessments for new suppliers, Help Suppliers Improving their Quality Control

    

2. Evaluate Suppliers Production Capability to find and provide solutions to “bottlenecks”

    

3. Evaluate Drawings and Standards and Summarize them to explain to suppliers/vendors

    

4. Issue and/or follow up NCR in case of non conformance observed in the customer or during the inspections;

    

5. Register Meetings with suppliers through meeting reports and follow-up to make sure actions will be effective

    

6. Schedule conference calls with customers to discuss about open projects

    

    

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    

    

Travel around Guangdo Province about 60% of work days.

    

Good skills to use metrology equipments, e.g., micrometer, durometer, projector, and so on.

    

Good Excel skills to prepare assessment reports.

    

Rich knowledge of Raw-materials, mainly for steels.

    

Rich knowledge of manufacture processes such as machining, forging, stamping, casting, surface treatment and heat-treatment.
