Act as the single-point-of-contact for assigned customer accounts; managing the entire order life cycle to ensure orders and requests are processed on time.

· Responsible for assigned customer accounts for the entire order life cycle (from new customer set-up, order entry/modification, escalations; responsibilities might include logistics management) to ensure orders are shipped to agreed deadline:

· Act as the single-point-of-contact to Window 2 China customers, to process and fulfil customer orders; providing accurate documentation and continual communication to customer throughout the process.

· Take ownership of and resolve customer inquiries through research, a detailed understanding of Window 2 China processes, systems, and practices; provide timely and informative responses.

· Request support when required from the appropriate level t for complex escalations/issues.

· Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate system.

· Prepare and distribute standard internal and customer reports.

· Understand Customer Order Management policies, procedures and metrics.

· Support Customer Order Management goals and initiatives to become a more proactive customer support organization.

· Participate in/lead process improvement projects.

3、详细了解上海赢多途的流程、系统和实践，负责并解决客户的咨询;提供及时和翔实的答复，具备独立解决问题能力，如遇到特别问题时，可向上级领导请求支持；

4、在系统中保持所有内部和外部互动的准确记录；能够提供内部和客户的报告。

5、了解客户订单管理政策、程序和指标，支持客户订单管理目标和举措，积极主动的支持客户。
