主要职责:

  业务拓展方面：

- 为公司寻找精密部件自动化装配的业务发展机会，向客户、渠道合作伙伴展示公司的服务产品、接受客户咨询；回答有关客户询问的问题，通过技术团队指导技术问题，需要撰写项目概要，共同参于编制项目解决方案书，将高质量的客户转变成潜在客户

- 在渠道开拓方面，将引领组织线下（会议，展会，论坛和工作坊）以及线上互动的市场营销活动(在线研讨、白皮书等)，新业务，新用户，新技术推广活动，并为解决方案和产品改进提供建议

 市场营销方面:

- 完成公司每年布置新用户开发数量，新用户项目合同，新用户框架协议签署，新用户项目利润考核

- 制定和策划可行的工作计划和预算，复核市场规划和渠道策略运作，保证执行效果

- 领导拓展业务渠道，推动和调动公司资源进行客户目标市场拓展

- 对客户的需求进行深入研究和主动响应，制定相应的营销方案，建立长期合作关系

- 负责和监督营销活动的策划和实施

岗位要求：

- 机械自动化、制造工程或机械制造相关专业大学本科毕业

- 至少5-8 年在自动化，精密部件装配领域从事销售、业务拓展，有大客户销售相关工作经验为佳

- 具有较强的陌生拜访及挖掘客户能力；和挖掘威驷设备在精密部件自动化行业机会

- 具备持续的在销售业绩和利润目标的要求下及巨大的时间压力下完成工作的能力

- 具备与他人合作，对他人进行指导，和与他人进行沟通的工作能力。

- 具备销售计划，销售提案、向客户或公司其他人员销售适合其层级的价值定位的高度技巧
