Position: Process Sr. Engineer

Location：Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:

-Perform critical process development or modify existing process formulations according to customers’ requirements

-Define processing and equipment specifications

-Review processing techniques and methods in manufacture environment

-Participate design requirement review with hardware engineering team to ensure capability and compatibility of processing methods

-Collect and evaluate test data to determine hardware limitations for process or material specifications

-Conceive, define and plan projects with new concepts and/or new approaches in processing

Job Requirements:

-Major in applied chemistry, physical chemistry, chemical engineering and material science, M.S. or above.

-Strong background and hands-on experience with scientific experimental or industrial instrumentation

-Good communication skill and strong team spirit

-Self motivated, proactive and hardworking

-Ability to multi-task and prioritize

-Work experience: not necessary
