JOB TITLE: Sales Area Manager – North China/Based in Beijing (for VIMAR brand)

    

THE POSITION: the candidate will report to the General and Sales Manager

    

THE JOB DESCRIPTION:

    

·       develop new sales channels in North China:

    

·       New Vimar Distributors Retail

    

·       New Vimar  Distributors Residential Projects

    

·       Influence Interior Designers to specify Vimar products on projects;

    

·       Influence Developers to specify Vimar products on projects;

    

·       activate and develop relationship with system integrators for Home/Building Automation, Intercom, CCTV;

    

·       activate and develop relationship with resellers (showroom) for Wiring Accessories;

    

·       ensure reporting to management/colleagues as per company policy;

    

·       responsible for reaching yearly sales targets in the assigned Area;

    

·       the Area Manager is supported by the Technical Manager (based in Shanghai) in regard to technical education/training to distributors and resellers;

       

THE PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND: The candidate has 5-10 years of experience working for organized and structured companies (highly appreciated if in same sector of ours).

    

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 35-40 years old, is a dynamic professional with sales background.  Proactive, innovative, accountable with excellent relationship characteristics, is a problem solver able to generate added value to the local structure. Good planning and organization skills are completing the profile. The must is a fluent knowledge of the English language. Background on home and KNX building automation is highly appreciated.

PLACE/travelling: Beijing (Vimar office), with 50% time travelling in North China for business purposes (mainly in this regions: HuaBei, DongBei, XiBei).
