职位描述

A. Report Line: Head of Liverpool Asia Sourcing Office (+Intertraffic Asia Account & Finance Administrator for compliance on accounting rules and regulations).

B. Missions: ？ For Liverpool Asia Sourcing Office, handling full set accounts and all-rounded general office administration:

a) Performing daily accounting operations, including data input, invoicing, cheque processing, petty cash claims, travel expenses & staff reimbursement etc.;

b) Handling staff payroll, employee insurance, housing fund and pension fund operations;

c) Supporting Accounts Payables (Processing all invoices, reimbursements and China vendor payments);

d) Preparing bank reconciliations, cash flow, budget, corporate card settlement and analyses;

e) Assisting in monthly financial reporting, management reporting and cash flow forecast for Liverpool management review;

f) Ensuring all processes are compliant with sourcing office policies;

g) Other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

h) Expat Family visa process, filling and fulfillment

i) Expat income statement in compliance with PWC requirements.

？ For Intertraffic branch 2 company:

a) Support Intertraffic Asia Account & Finance Administrator when processing:

· Monthly and quarterly VAT and Income Tax reports;

· Annual audit;

· Report to Industrial and Commercial department for annual inspection report;

· Report to tax department for annual Income Tax report.

b) Support HR and Social Affairs Administrator when processing:

· Annual social insurance and housing fund report to social insurance department.

Requirements:

A. Major in accounting; has at least one certificate of local or international certificates: Intermediate Accountant, Senior Accountant, CPA and so on.

B. experience in working for a sizable scaling operation

C. Minimum of 7 years of accounting / financial accounting experience including 3 year of accounts payables experience;

D. Familiar with PRC tax and regulations, have work experience with Tax exempted/Tax waived/Tax free&Tax withheld/Tax credit & Tax returned;

E. 2 years of experience of work in an international office

F. Experience with international transactions, foreign currency handling, multi-currency account balance and GAAP; G. Proficiency in using MS office, Quick Book accounting software and online banking systems;

H. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;

I. Service oriented

J. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, detail-minded and well organized, team player;

K. Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua;
