Job Description (工作职责):
Develop adhesive/equipment business strategy.

发展公司胶粘剂及设备产品的市场策略。
Dedicated to develop and promote structural adhesive/equipment solution to selected industries.
向目标市场开发并推广胶粘剂及设备解决方案.
Electronics and electronic assembly industry is of high priority.
电子及电子组装市场是重点目标市场。
Support China sales teams to provide suitable and competitive solution and application knowledge to customers.
支持全国销售团队为客户提供有竞争力的解决方案和应用知识。
Train sales team, especially fresh people.
培训销售团队尤其是新员工。
Develop a systematic approach and strategy to support key accounts, and provide services to maximize sales.
形成系统性的开发和维护重点客户的策略和方法，提供服务以最大化销售。
Lead project team to provide technical & Application support, conduct seminar, etc.
领导项目团队为客户提供技术和应用支持、开展研讨会等。
Maintain a complete record of market trends, customer needs, industry regulations and competitor activities.
完整记录市场趋势、客户需求、行业规范及竞争对手信息等。
Work with technical department and R&D department to develop new applications and products.
跟技术和研发部门合作开发新应用和新产品。

Qualifications & Requirement(资历要求 ):
Bachelor degree or above in chemical/ polymer science or related major
本科以上学历，化工/高分子专业或汽车专业
Minimum 5 years experience in related industry
至少5年的相关行业工作经验
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
较强的沟通和人际关系能力,有良好的创造能力和组织能力
Fluent in oral and written English
口头及书面英语良好
Good knowledge and skills on office software
熟练掌握办公室软件
Hard work and team work spirit are necessary
勤勉，团队精神是必要的
Willing to trip frequently, and strong ability to work under pressure
