POSITION TITLE: KONTOOR BRANDS INC., Customer service and order management executive

LOCATION OF POSITION: Shanghai

REPORTING TO: Customer service manager

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Focused on ensuring high customer satisfaction and relationship management.

Act as contact point between brands and operation order and delivery management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Include but not limited to

Sales Order and delivery management:

Customer Service Support

1. Facilitate and ensure clear, proactive, effective and efficient communications to fulfill customer needs and expectations.
2. Handle customer special requests, complaints and enquiries.
3. Proactively support both internal and external customers with order status analysis and provide recommendations and contingency plans.

Product Returns Management

1. Create and manage sales return order thru SAP system
2. Work with Sales team, DC team, Planning team and Product team for different return cases
3. Coordinate and monitor closely on the return status and update summary

Analysis and reporting

1. Perform reporting to communicate trends, analysis.
2. Analyze the existing processes, as input to construct new tools and reports to increase work efficiency and accuracy.
3. Participate in projects, attend appropriate meetings and take part in change management.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel. Experience in SAP system.
• Good interpersonal communications skills as need to work with team in SH and different cities in China. Able to work independently

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

Study in Supply chain, International Trading, Management Business will be preferred

• Frequency of Travel: No regular travel is required.
• Other Specific Working Conditions: Not only work with China team but also teams in Hong Kong and global.
