Key accountabilities and responsibilities

• Daily tax invoices issuing.
• Daily AR/AP cash collection clearing in system.
• Local 3rd party AR/AP pushing email to sales/operation/customers.
• Tax invoices purchasing/ cost invoices verifications through tax office website monthly; Run monthly tax invoice report from Golden tax system.
• Assist daily BOC ebanking operation and prepare payment request into bank system for approval.
• Local bank communication.
• Sustain effective communication & coordination with customer service department and sales department.
• Follow instructions and implement policies.
• Full accounting related affairs Back up peers whenever necessary.
• Any duty per delegated from time to time.

• Good written and spoken in English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel) and SAP.
• Able to work under pressure & tight deadline.
• Good contact with all levels of personnel within the company, clients and vendors.
• Flexible hours and required occasionally.
• Willing to learn, Hardworking, punctual, organized, team play spirit, able to give feedback to Superior & Management. Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often with short notice.
