供应链专员

   

角色和职责    

A. 大客户项目大陆地区初装与售后化学品交付前准备与协调工作包括但不限于：

1. 新服务中心资料索取，系统新客户建立，客户地图更新
2. 客户订单收集，价格，数量，逾期账款情况审核
3. 发货时间计划
4. Plex客户订单录入
5. 登记发货情况跟踪表
6. 登记SDI统计表
7. 制作出库清单
8. 制作Portal系统ASN并登记在报表中
9. 标签与箱单制作

                                        

B. 第三方仓储物流协调维护工作:

1. 库存报表
2. 将发货清单，必要的标签与箱单发送给仓库，按要求及时向仓库取得备货照片，检查备货正确性
3. 通知物流提货，取得最终货物照片
4. 提交ASN, 将最终货物照片，出库清单发给对应的服务中心提前通知出货，提供PO号+SHP号
5. 登记物流运单号到发货情况登记表

                        

C. 交付后状态跟踪:

1. 客户签字的签收单或者邮件确认，并更新发货情况登记表的客户收货时间，提供给财务同事
2. 每周的应收账款催促跟踪
3. ASN上传发票状态更新                

        

教育和经验 

1. 大专以上学历, 物流或供应链专业者优先
2. 有物流或供应链（包括仓储收发货）经验者优先  
3. 有汽车行业背景者优先              

    

资格和技能

1. 流利的中文口头及书面沟通能力
2. 良好的英文读写能力
3. 熟练的计算机操作技能，包括微软办公软件Excel，PowerPoint和Word
4. 工作认真负责，注重细节，具备积极进取的学习态度
5. 工作态度端正，实事求是
6. 对内对外都能积极，及时和友善地沟通        

    

Supply Chain Specialist

    

Role & Responsibilities     

A, Preparation and coordination before the chemical parts delivery both for production and service parts in mainland China including but not limited to:    

1) New service center information request, new customer establishment on ERP, customer map update.    

2) Customer order collection, price, quantity, overdue payment review.    

3) Delivery schedule.    

4) Input customer order in PLEX.    

5) Register delivery tracking form.    

6) Register SDI statistics.    

7) Generate the delivery packing list.    

8) Make ASN on portal system and register the tracking.    

9) Label and packing list.

    

B, 3PL warehouse logistics coordination:    

1) Inventory report.    

2) Send the delivery packing list, necessary labels to the warehouse, get the photo evidence of goods preparation on time as required, and check the accuracy of goods preparation.    

3) Inform logistics company to pick up the goods and get the final photos evidence.    

4) Submit the ASN, send the final picture evidence and the packing list to the corresponding service center, notify the delivery in advance, and provide PO number + SHP number.    

5) Register the logistics waybill number to the delivery tracking form.

    

C, Delivery status tracking:    

1) Customer signed receipt or e-mail confirmation, update the customer actual receiving time, and provide it to financial department.    

2) Follow up overdue payment weekly.    

3) Invoice uploading status update.

        

Education & Experience     

1.     College degree or above，major in logistics or supply chain is preferred    

2.     Experience in logistics or supply chain (including warehousing, receiving and delivering) is preferred

3.     Automotive industry background is preferred    

    

Qualification & Skills      

1.     Fluent Chinese oral and written communication skills

2.     Good English reading and writing skills         

3.     Good computer skills, including Microsoft office software Excel, PowerPoint and word

4.     Work conscientiously, pay attention to details, have a positive and enterprising learning attitude

5.     Good working attitude, honesty and integrity

6.     Positive and timely communication with both internal and external
