Job Responsibilities
- Act as Customer Service Representative to support Client Engagement Team (Sales Team) 
- Perform sales coordination activities on daily logistics. 
- Conduct sales administration related Reports, forecast entry etc. 
- Align with Internal Teams and provide timely logistics support 
- Conduct analysis of backlog, demand, supply, inventory 
- Customer Relationship Management – Account profile 
- Order Management i.e. Sample, Order entry, Backlog confirmation/Reschedule, Shipment expedite/notification, RMA 
Competencies
- Time Management – Systematically monitor and scheduling timelines from start to end. 
- Communication – Clear and speed expression among Clients, Factories, Logistic and Client Engagement Managers etc. 
Qualification and Experience
- College graduate 
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Senior Customer Service position (inclusive 3 years in the field of electronic industry is preferred) 
- Excellent written and spoken in English and Chinese 
- Familiar with MS. Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint 
- Chinese Word Processing
