· Ensure most cost-efficient material flow, minimizing waste to accommodate clinical trial materials demand.

最有效的控制物料成本，减少浪费，满足临床试验材料的需求。

· Act as the key business partner interacting with the clinical supply vendors.

做为主要联系人与临床供应的相关供应商合作。

· Verify the vendor capacity, process meeting study requirement (like drug depot, customs broker, forwarder, transportation provider) with high quality and lower cost;

确认供应商的能力、流程以满足临床研究高质量低成本需求(比如药品仓库，报关行，货代，运输供应商)。

· Monitor vendor performance with pre-defined KPIs and collaborates with vendor to identify process gap to optimize and timely follow up and completion of actions.

根据预先设定的KPI监督供应商的绩效，辨识合作过程中差距，同时优化该流程并及时跟进完成情况。

· Participate in or support the vendor inspections and audits together with GCP/GMP QA where applicable

支持或参与GCP/GMP QA对供应商视察和审计。

· Provide guidance to the CTSM for packaging design optimization, advises Study Team on packaging designs to ensure optimal usage of available capacity and budget.

为临床物料提供包装设计优化的指导，为研究团队提供包装设计方面的建议，以确保***方案并控制预算。

· Verify clinical trial materials balance on regular basis, identify any availability risks of IP or sourcing product.

定期确认临床物料的物料平衡，辨识研究用药物及其他采购药物存在的供应风险。

· Continuously develop and improve the processes to achieve the cost and efficiency

持续发展和改进流程以达到***的成本控制和工作效率。

· Manages all applicable finance activities, including Request for Proposal (RFP) for bidding & vendor selection, Purchase Orders (PO), invoice approval and tracking financial metrics.

管理相应的财务流程，包括竞标的提案申请，供应商筛选，采购订单，发票审批并跟踪财务审批流程。

Qualifications 资格要求:

· Bachelor’s degree or above

大学本科或以上学历

· Major in pharmacy, biology, product manufacturing or relevant;

药学，生物学，产品制造业或相关专业。

· At least 5 pharmaceutical industrial experienced and 3ys clinical supply related

至少3-5年药企工作经验，其中1-2年临床供应相关经验。

· Knowledgeable to Clinical trial supply management and has good sense of GCP and GMP

具备临床试验供应管理知识，具有良好的GCP和GMP认知。

· Ability to work independently and collaborate with team

独立工作能力和团队合作能力。

· Strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English
