Responsibility:

 

?Actively support APAC Business Development group with administrative duties

?Coordinate on-site customer visits, conferences and promotion events

?Maintain and update client database

?Participate in quote and proposal preparation

?Maintenance of master data creation of sales transactions, such as confidential disclosure agreement (CDA), master service agreement (MSA), request for information (RFI), request for proposal (RFP), etc.

?Work closely with functional team, project monument team & finance team to deliver client specific needs

?Other tasks assigned by the BD Manager

 

 

Requirement:

?Bachelor degree or above;

?Prior experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry is preferred

?Good communication (Chinese and English) and coordination skills

?Must be a self-starter and able to function in a high-paced, dynamic environment

?Good data security awareness, good sense of client service, and improving client satisfaction

?High competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
