岗位职责：

1）负责线上、线下活动策划，包括网络渠道招募活动客户，并与客户保持良好的互动沟通；

2）针对业务范围及产品属性，针对性进行市场拓展，建立有效的渠道合作并持续维护，促进产出；

3）根据年度运营指针，协调联络各科室，推动关键任务落地；

4）与集团市场部对接配合 ，有规划性开展市场活动及新媒体的运营（小红书、微信、直播、社群管理等）；

5）协助维护与开拓媒体、合作伙伴及国际学校、大型企业间的积极交流及合作；

6）上级安排的其它工作。

任职要求：

1）本科及以上学历，三年以上新媒体相关工作经验；

2）有较强的数据分析能力及沟通能力、创新能力；

3）有较强的团队合作、沟通协调、执行推进能力；

4）有较强的公司内部资源整合能力，一定的抗压能力。
