·        Assists Financial Reporting Manager in maintaining the General Leger in compliance with both IFRS and PRC GAAP, ensuring that GAAP differences/adjustments are appropriately documented, and proper audit trails are in place.

·        Supports day-to-day accounting and reporting activities, including submission and review of results in Hyperion.

·        Assist Financial Reporting Manager to complete month-end closing activities timely.

·         Competence development of tax, VAT refunds knowledge and duties knowledge within TACS including related laws & regulations update.

·        Monthly BS reconciliation preparation for those accounts related to GL/Tax area after month-end closing;

·         Monthly local governmental reporting and communication with related authorities (including but not limited customs and tax bureau).

·        Work as liaison with the government authorities including tax bureau; organizes all tax related activities, declaration and payment, i.e. IIT, CIT, VAT, and import duties, etc….

·        Support on the annual audit project of R&D expense super-deduction;

·        Document procedures and monitor internal control procedures; supports the activities related to the internal and external audits.

·        Work closely with other Finance colleagues (PLs analysts, Shared Service Centre etc.) to determine job assignments and priorities.
