职位描述：

• 你需要有很强的综合能力和开发经验，你将深入参与项目的设计和开发
• 你需要具有一定的设计能力，可以在了解产品语言和世界观后举一反三的生产内容
• 你需要灵活使用各种美术工具和技巧来还原游戏中需要实现的效果
• 你将会与客户端程序员合作，共同开发解决方案，以及开发相应的工具等。
• 你需要与游戏设计师合作，并在你的专业领域提出解决方案
• 你需要参与开发中各个环节的工作，保证美术产品的有效对接

职位需求：

• 熟悉3D开发管线
• 精通建模，材质，PBR管线
• 具备视觉特效或者粒子特效的知识
• 精通3Ds Max 或 Maya等主流3D生产软件
• 对西方艺术有好的理解和兴趣，或具有此类产品的设计经验
• 有可视化材质编辑器的应用能力

加分项：

• 能够熟练运用英语进行口头和书面沟通
