CCP Games上海工作室在为EVE国服项目招聘一位有热情的后端工程师。该职位将推动服务器端开发各个方面的设计和体系结构，与上海后端团队一起设计，实施，维护和扩展所有实时和进行中的系统和服务。

工作职责：

• 设计，开发，维护具备可扩展性的后端服务。
• 与全球其他工作室合作，为中国本地玩家设计和开发量身定制的系统。
• 解决复杂的技术难题。
• 提供高质量的技术设计文档和单元测试。
• 根据内部或外部反馈迭代解决方案。
• 参与设计过程，收集其他同事的反馈或要求。

                            

    

任职要求：

• 计算机或相关专业本科学历。
• 3年及以上的Java或 C# 开发经验。
• 具备App和微服务等后端架构的设计和开发经验。
• 具备Spring，Play和ASP.NET等现代Web框架的开发经验。
• 熟悉MySQL，PostgreSQL和SQL Server等关系型数据库。
• 熟悉Redis，RabbitMQ和Kafka等中间件。
• 熟悉Docker 和Kubernetes自动化部署方案。
• 具备性能优化和负载测试的经验。
• 对敏捷开发（尤其是Scrum）有很好的了解。

• 熟悉Python 或 Golang
• 熟悉AWS
