岗位职责

1. 负责一线员工的招聘、协助管理岗位招聘及办理员工入离职手续；
2. 建立人事档案，负责人事档案管理、保管、及用工合同的签订；
3. 维护及更新员工职位说明书、公司组织架构；
4. 搜集培训需求、协助拟定培训计划，组织实施员工培训工作，做好记录与评估工作；
5. 每月员工福利与津贴等发放；
6. 整理每月考勤数据并负责核对员工加班数据；
7. 负责各类报表统计工作；
8. 协助部门建立与维护积极的员工关系；
9. 协助组织、策划各类公司活动；
10. 及时完成领导临时交办的任务。

任职资格

1. 大学专科及以上学历，具有人力资源管理教育背景优先；
2. 两年以上制造类HR相关工作经验；
3. 良好的人际沟通协调能力；
4. 具有较强的理解执行能力和保密意识；
5. 较好的英语读写能力，基本的英语口语能力；
6. 工作有责任心且能够承担一定的工作压力。

Sage-ONF is a joint-venture between Sage Automotive Interiors, the world #1 automotive fabric supplier, and New-ONF (known as Omnova decorative products), a synthetic leather supplier with 28 years experience of design, development, manufacture and sales. Mutually, we aim to serve the global synthetic leather market. It is located in Jiangsu Yangzhou Economic and Technical Development Zone. Sage-ONF has CNY 136million registered capital, over 40 million USD dollars annual sales, with more than 200 employees and 60,000 square meters site while the factory occupies more than 25,000 square meters. There are PVC and casting lines with an annual 30 million yards production capacity. Currently, the total capacity is 36 million yards. We produce varied PVC, Semi-PU and PU artificial leather products, which has high-qualified image in both domestic and international markets.
