主要职责：

1. 商标注册：代理客户进行商标注册申请、异议、复审，以及变更、续展等；

2. 商标转让：代理客户进行商标转让、许可合同备案等；

3. 商标争议：代理客户进行商标异议、争议、撤销，以及相应复审和答辩等；

4. 商标检索：代理客户进行商标在先权利的查询、商标公告的监控等；

5. 答复客户相关咨询；

6. 其它：代理客户进行调查、公证，协助律师进行诉讼等事务；代理客户进行着作权登记、海关知识产权登记与处理等；以及协助律师处理公司法律案件的文件整理、文书撰写等工作。

职位要求：

1. 正规院校，法律或英语本科以上学历；

2. 有商标工作经验三年以上，熟悉商标代理流程和具体业务；

3. 能独立搜集证据，整理材料，通过行政或司法途径认定商标；

4. 具有优秀的英语读写能力，能够与国外客户进行书面交流；

5. 良好的沟通协调能力，熟练使用办公软件；

6. 诚实守信，责任心强，踏实肯干，能够承受压力；

7. 具备良好的逻辑分析能力及沟通能力，考虑事情周到全面、条理性强；

8. 有较强的团队合作精神和服务意识。

R&P China Lawyers is a young, fast-developing boutique law firm, with offices in Beijing and Shanghai, providing a comprehensive range of legal services to mainly foreign- and foreign-invested companies in China. We are now looking for lawyers to expand our team of about 35 professionals.
 
Candidates should have solid experience in the legal field, be motivated and enthusiastic and want to provide high-level services to our clients. We work as a team but with a high level of individual responsibilities, in an international working environment where the written working-language is English.
