1、协助完成外资企业日常事务性工作，协助主管进行相关账务处理工作；

2、申请票据，按照要求开具***并制作往来对账表；

3、现金及银行收付处理，制作记帐凭证，银行对帐，单据审核；

4、协助主管准备外资公司相关业务材料，及时递交至政府相关办理机构；跟进申请事项并及时反馈信息和进度；

5、负责工商、银行和税务相关业务的现场办理，并及时反馈和解决问题；

6、公司上级交付的其他工作。

任职资格：

1. 本科以上学历、男女不限、户籍不限、应届生也可，有经验者可放宽学历要求；

2. 良好的职业操守及团队合作精神，较强的沟通、理解和分析能力，具备一定的英语听说写能力；

3. 具有独立工作和学习的能力，工作认真细心。

4. 财务、会计、经济等相关专业优先；

R&P China Lawyers is a young, fast-developing boutique law firm, with offices in Beijing and Shanghai, providing a comprehensive range of legal services to mainly foreign- and foreign-invested companies in China. We are now looking for lawyers to expand our team of about 35 professionals.
 
Candidates should have solid experience in the legal field, be motivated and enthusiastic and want to provide high-level services to our clients. We work as a team but with a high level of individual responsibilities, in an international working environment where the written working-language is English.
