ob Responsibilities:

1. To finish the project independently by leading a project team

i. To finish the overall execution of market research according to clients' requirements

ii. To finish the proposal and the bidding presentation

iii. To take the responsibility of drafting research materials and other tasks leading up to final report preparation

2. Able to handle the client solution and develop new clients

3. Have solidate knowledge on industry market sizing, development trend and drivers identification for healthcare industry

i. Able to collect data from pubished data and integrate the data to estimate the market size of an un-familar industy or market

i To identify the development trend and the key drivers according to desk research

4. Passionate to challenge the new problem-solving mode on the market research or consulting

Jobholder's Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above majored in Medical/医学, pharmaceuticial/药学&中药学&药剂学, biology/生物学, TCM/中医&针灸&康复, economics of health/卫生经济学 和其他医药相关专业 and the marketing or management associated major（营销或者管理相关的专业）

2. more than 4 years experience in Healthcare Market research / consulting

3. Solidated experience on the macro-environment research of healthcare industry and drug / medical device R&D

4. Strong analytical ability to independently write the various forms report

5. Oral and written English skills essential

6. Proved skills on client communication

7. Works willingly and effectively by team work

8. Good data analytical skills

9. Still insist on reading books or training to improve the work skills

10. Love the industry on market research/consulting and healthcare(including

pharma,medical device and health lifestyle) industry
