Major responsibilities:

• Managing and developing the fertilizer business in China by building up close customer relationships and visiting existing on a regular basis.
• Building up a close and extensive network in the Chinese and international fertilizer industry and thereby closing new contracts for Gaolan terminal
• Developing innovative new supply chain models throughout China for the fertilizer industry
• Representing Euroports at industry events and fairs
• Responsible for P&L fertilizers industry

Requirements:

• Master’s degree
• Experience in international sales, project management and business development
• Preferable experience in fertilizer
• Preferable experience in logistic and shipping sector
• Fluent Chinese speaking
• Fluent English speaking
• Ability to manage a team and get the best results out of it
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and business development skills  
• A team player and be willing to work hard under high pressure and challenges
• Willing to travel extensively
