根据业务经理的要求，分类整理公司订单，下达样品、生产任务，与客户联络反馈。

1. 与跟单人员沟通订单完成进度，与订单客户保持联络，随时跟踪联系进程。

2. 根据业务经理和客户洽谈内容，做好会议纪要，及时报价，安排打样。

3. 整理新老***。（含意向订单、重要邮件、相关产品信息、报价、样品照片)

4. 维护B2B网站，官网，与公司社交平台。

5. 客户来访接待或陪同客户参观工厂。

职位要求：

1、本科或以上学历(名牌大学优先)，国际经济与贸易或商务英语相关专业毕业；

2、英语CET6级或以上，口语流利，熟悉商务函电写作；

3、能熟练使用 OFFICE办公室软件;

4、有简单应用PS/CAD或网站编辑软件/各种绘图软件的优先；

5、基本了解出口业务基本流程，了解各种国际结算付款方式，外贸业务术语；

6、对世界主要国家地理概况，主要港口，外贸习惯有大致了解并对此抱有兴趣；

6、有外贸公司业务员或木业生产企业外贸业务人员的实习经验优先考虑；

7、对木材行业有一定了解的，能适应加班与出差者优先考虑。
