1. Working closely with Marcom team to develop and implement plans and strategies that develop brand awareness, create demand and generate sales leads.
2. Implementing and ensuring compliance with corporate branding and visual standards, and delivering right brand message to the target customer group consistently.
3. Responsible for WeChat, Website, Forum operation with the support of vendor.
4. Can drive the vendor to fulfil design, content production and related communication tools.
5. Having the resources of suppliers, planning and executive online activities with the supplier.
6. Good writing skills for press release, newsletter and related documents.
7. Strong event planning and management capabilities, assist in the implementation of all local events, campaigns and PR activities.
8. Experience at PR management and promotions.

Skills and Competencies

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 1-3 year’s work experience(s) in advertising, PR or Marcom Dept. in B2B (especially Semiconductor) industry is preferred.
2. Fluency in English and Chinese (written and oral) is a must.
3. Able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, and proven experience on developing and implementing programs that help drive growth.
4. Willing to travel and OT work due to project requirements.
5. Logical thinking with strong analytical skills and result-orientation.
6. Detail-oriented, creative and energetic.
7. Open-minded, friendly personality, great communication skills, confident speaking to people at all levels.
8. Versatile team player, capable of setting goals and driving the organization toward achieving company’s goals.
9. Proficient in MS Office tools. Good management in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
