Job Responsibilities:

1. To develop basic market research skills / competencies via on-the-job learning

，class room trainings and self-directed learning

i. To learn and practice the overall execution of market research with minimal support & supervision of project leader

ii. To participate in proposal preparation

iii. To participate in drafting research materials and other tasks leading up to final report preparation proactively:

a.Quant studies: QNR design, table specs, report chart design, reasonable implication generation from data anlysis etc.

b.Qual studies: drafting discussion guide, join in IDI, prepare topline/ summary of IDIs, prepare slides according to requirement , etc.

2. Collect data for Industry market sizing, development trend judgement and drivers identification

i. Able to collect data from pubished data according to requirements

i To summarize the information according to the objective of industry report

Jobholder's Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above majored in Medical/医学, pharmaceuticial/药学&中药学&药剂学, biology/生物学, TCM/中医&针灸&康复, economics of health/卫生经济学 和其他医药相关专业

2. 0-1 years experience in Healthcare Market research / consulting and have passion on it

3. Basic desk research skills : explore new research field, espesicallly the macro-environment research of healthcare industry and drug / medical device R&D

4. Oral and written English skills essential

5. Strong analytical ability to write the various report with the supervision of senior consultant

7. Works willingly and effectively by team work

8. Basic data analytical skills
