主要职责 Key Responsibility

    

·         负责半导体设备产品的工艺调试与开发，根据客户要求进行关键工艺开发或修改现有工艺配方；

    

Responsible for process tuning and development of semiconductor equipment products, perform critical process development or modify existing process formulations according to customers' requirements;

    

·         用新的概念和/或处理过程中的新方法来构思、定义和计划项目

    

Conceive, define and plan projects with new concepts and/or new approaches in processing

    

·         与硬件工程团队一起参与设计需求评审，以确保处理方法的能力和兼容性

    

Participate design requirement review with hardware engineering team to ensure capability and compatibility of processing methods

    

·         审核生产环境中的加工技术和方法，收集和评估测试数据，以确定工艺或材料规格的硬件限制

    

Review processing techniques and methods in manufacture environmental, Collect and evaluate test data to determine hardware limitations for process or material specifications

    

·         配合客户生产线的日常监测与维护，提供客户现场支持，并监督任何必要的诊断、故障排除和技术服务等；

    

Cooperate with customer production line on daily monitoring and maintenance, provide customer support through on-site installation, and supervise any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, and technical service etc.

    

·         及时、准确地完成管理层交办的其他工作。

    

Complete other tasks assigned by the Management timely and accurately.

    

    

任职要求 Qualification Requirement

    

·         硕士及以上学历，物理、化学等相关专业优先；熟练使用微软办公软件，良好的口头和书面英语交流能力；

    

Master or above degree, major in physics or chemistry is preferred. Familiar with Microsoft office software, good English in oral and written for communication;

    

·         5年以上半导体行业相关工作经验，良好的半导体设备工艺流程技术知识，较强的理论分析和动手能力，熟悉RTP扩散工艺并能提出改进发展建议

    

5 years above related experience in semiconductor industry, good knowledge of semiconductor equipment and technical knowledge of process flow, strong theoretical analysis and practical ability, familiar with diffusion process and be able to put forward suggestions for improvement and development

    

·         能充分理解和聚焦客户意见，预测决策和行动中可能出现的问题，并提出针对性的解决方案；

    

While clearly understanding and converging with the customer's opinions, anticipate potential issues with the decision and action, and propose the specific solutions.

    

·         良好的客户服务意识、沟通协调、解决问题和抗压能力，服从安排，能经常出差；

    

Good customer service awareness, communication and coordination, problem solving and anti-pressure ability, comply with the arrangement and can travel frequently.

    

·         符合公司文化价值观，具备优良的品格和素养，积极进取，愿意身兼多职，擅于团队合作。
