Position Summary

The position is responsible for the chemical issues within MES, assist to create protocol, give the technical assessment and prepare checklist, handle samples, arrange testing and test instruction, optimization and speed up the testing process with the objective of deliver professional service to customer.

Job Responsibilities

1.  Be responsible for technical support in daily work; Assist sales team on the technical assessment for daily inquiry;

2.  Respect and apply the test correctly according to requirements of the client. Evaluate if the received sample complies with the test requirement/scope;

3.  Evaluate the capability of the lab according to application form as well as ensure the test capacity and TAT required;

4.  Apply the standards with appropriate test methods. Assign relative tests to lab and product lines based on prescribed testing methods, product standards/specifications as required;

5.  Manage the samples for subcontracted testing, review all of the results and raw data provided by the lab (including subcontracting labs);

6.  Review final test report and complete projects within lead time;

7.  Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor.

 

Job Requirements

1.  Bachelor’s degree or above;

2. Have the awareness of active learning

3. Be familiar with Restricted Substances, have chemical background

4. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

6. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;

7. Good computer skill;

8. Good command of English;

9. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
