1. 管理核心大客户（石化为主）

Manage key account (mainly in petrochemical industry)

2. 开发跟进OEM新项目；

Follow up and develop more business in existing customer, including new project of OEM first fit

3. 及时完成回款、订单和销售预测、C4C客户管理等工作；

Manage AR collection and complete order intake, sales forecast, recording potential customers in C4C customer management system；

4. 调动、协调公司工程技术、售后服务、生产、质量等资源为客户提供高质量的产品，技术支持与服务；

Coordinate other functions/department such as engineering, application, production and quality to supply customer with good service, high quality product and technical support.

5. 对市场、行业、应用、竞争对手、客户进行调查研究，并及时向管理层反馈；

Investigate the assigned area including market, customers, product application, competitors, and report to line manager timely；

6. 持续提高销售和客户服务技巧及产品知识从而加强客户服务水平。

Continually enhance sales and customer service skills and product knowledge to increase customer satisfaction.

7. 与其他部门保持良好的沟通和合作以确保业务运作顺畅，流程高效。

Communicate and collaborate with other Dept. to ensure smooth business operation and process efficiency.

8. 完成其他上级主管交付的工作

Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

任职要求：

Preferred Candidate 任职要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，化工、机械或流体相关专业。

Bachelor degree or above, petrochemical, mechanical or fluid engineering related major preferred

2. 三年左右流体控制类技术和产品经验（机械密封、泵、压缩机，阀门等等）

Fluid control related experience (Mechanical Seal, Pump, Compressor, valve and so on)

3. 流体控制类行业客户经验（石油，炼化，化工，水处理，冶金，食品饮料，医药，发电等）

Fluid control related customers experience(petroleum and refining chemical, water processing, metallurgy, food and beverage, medicine, electricity generate and so on)

4. 熟悉石油化工行业常见工艺及石油石化大项目销售流程者优先考虑

Good knowledge of general refinery and petrochemical process preferred or familiar with complex project sales procedure

5. 项目类销售经验（业主、设计院、工程公司等）

Project sales experience (owner, designing institute, engineering company and so on) preferred

6. 良好的中英文沟通能力 

good communication skill in both Chinese and English
