Company background:

We are a French capital company in a thriving industry, serving clients all over the world, in order to take the lead in the market, the company has newly invested capital in R&D to develop a product which would be the first one in this industry in China mainland. The business model has arisen attention from foreign VC/PE. The aim is to implement a stae-of-the-art design for the product to meet its customers expectations. 

Responsibilities:

• Development of user interface designs using various prototyping techniques and documented in UI specifications;
• Gather end-user requirements by organizing, executing, and moderating end-user site visits, focus groups and user days including collection and synthesis of results;
• Design, Prototype and Share your specifications and collaborate with engineering to execute on your deliverables;
• Come up with new processes, techniques and methods to increase both productivity and quality;

Profile requirements:

• 3+ Years’ experience in Product Design;
• Creative and analytical thinking is required to use A/B Testing tools or perform usability testing tasks;
• You are passionate about technology: your curiosity helps you understand technical and logical concepts;
• Experience working with Sketch, Axure, Invision, Zeplin, or Adobe XD;
• Some basic understanding of programming concepts is a plus;
• Some experience with basic graphic design and animation design (After Effects with Lottie Framework) is a plus;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
