• 1.  Orders Management

•      A. Sales orders
• Issue the sales order in the ERP system
• Communicating with the customer about the order issues and delivery date.
• Arranging the delivery to the customer with the logistic company.
• Update and send regularly PO progress report and Declaration Progress report
• Check ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and packing list, ask DMS to modify
• Update and send regularly sales order list
• Push DMS to deliver the goods on time or advance shipment

•     B. Purchasing orders:
• Issue the order in the system.
• Follow up the delivery date with the suppliers.

2.  Logistics:

A.  Import:

1. Prepare the import documents and communicate with the freight forwarder
2. Application avoid 3C certificate
3. Follow up the customer clearance with the freight forwarder Arrange the logistic
4. company to pick up the goods from the freight forwarder.
