The Sr. IT Manager is a professional role to build and manage the Gtech internal IT team, to provide strategic thought and leadership in decision-making, as well as to ensure the enterprise application platform operates at optimum and secured level, initiating and driving the digital transformation for In-House IT, apply the best-in-class practice to sustain business growth strategy for the long run.

Essential Responsibilities

· Follow industry standards to establish Gtech IT policies that ensure that best practices in Data, Computing Devices, and Management Methods are implemented and maintained throughout the company.

· Develop and execute Gtech IT evolution roadmap and digital transformation strategy, continuously evaluate new technology and social trends, assess capability gaps, and align target state.

· Define SOP and criteria for IT services, information security, disaster recovery, etc. Perform operational risk assessments, governance, and controlling for overall in-house IT, apply necessary mitigation solutions accordingly.

· Manage day-to-day IT operations including enterprise applications such as HRIS, O365, OA, ERP; information Security i.e., SAST, Vulnerability Check; infrastructure aspects like helpdesk, website, office network, and servers on Ali-cloud. Maintaining an efficient, effective, and robust IT environment across the company.

· Co-work with the stakeholders in Gtech to identify, evaluate IT ecosystems, recommend enhancement considerations to increase operational efficiency, and support business growth plan.

· Manage IT capital and budgets, control the expense effectively and smartly to fulfill the corporate long-term plan

· Develop and retain high-performance team by coaching, training with clearly defined KPI/OKR and other management tools, rewards timely and recognition fairly and transparently

· Maintain a highly effective communication channel with the senior management team to facilitate team and projects’ development and investment

Qualifications

l 5-10 years of corporate IT management role.

l 3+ years’ experience in project management and a solid background in the information security area.

l Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related major is a plus.

l Fluent English skills in both speaking and writing.

l PMP, ACP, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus

l Experience in ISO27001, MPLS Level 3 project experience is preferred
