「棒吧」是一个全新孵化的健康休闲食品的项目。我们在意健康的生活方式与饮食习惯，致力于用热情、创意与人本关怀的精神来解决人与食物之间的真实问题。透过消费者研究、品牌设计、食物体验、市场规划与渠道策略，为中国的年轻消费者带来升级的饮食方式。

我们希望帮助人们通过健康，快乐的生活方式，来实现他们的梦想。所以，棒吧的任务就是要为这些追梦人的身体和头脑持续提供健康能量，支持并陪著大家变得越来越棒！棒吧相信，吃饱不难，真正要吃的好却不简单。所以我们创造出营养丰富又美味的能量食品，为那些在口味和健康之间纠结的人们，提供味蕾和身体都喜欢的健康能量，好让消费者无需在口味和健康之间纠结和取舍。

• 热爱食品、零食、运动、潮流生活类动向
• 文笔流畅，热爱新媒体，长期使用并熟悉微信 微博 小红书等平台
• 对于品牌的建立及维护有高度的热情

我们希望你

• 热爱棒吧的品牌理念，偏好健康生活，健康饮食，关注网络热点、潮流文化。
• 有独立自主精神，能自我规划并落实手中的工作，并善于总结。
• 偏好数据，日常能培养自己追踪、分析数据的能力，并以此指导自己的工作和部门合作的沟通风格。

具体工作内容

• 独立负责站内推广计划，包含但不限于直通车、钻展、超级推荐、直播合作等
• 负责天猫活动策划、文案及跟进执行
• 参与并对接站外引流计划
• 关注棒吧的天猫旗舰店和京东旗舰店的关键运营指标，如UV、客单、转化率等
• 分析店铺数据并制定提高关键运营指标的计划

任职要求

• 具有敏锐洞察力、有效执行能力
• 2年以上电商运营经验(快销品优先)
• 具有责任心，良好的沟通技巧和能力，并愿意接受挑战和有较强的抗压能力

What We Are
Hunter Gatherer is rethinking the way we approach retail and dining in China. We are a network of businesses integrated through a system of farms, producers, suppliers, grocery and restaurants. We share a commitment to real food.

We grow produce on our own chemical-free farms. We stock a variety of natural foods, make and sell quality products, and serve fresh meals. Our range of business activities will evolve as we grow, and we welcome feedback and collaboration.

We are proud to be made in China and take seriously our role in providing safe and healthy food to all. Our businesses share one purpose: to serve people the real food that is their right.

HUNTER GATHERER正重新思考着在中国从事零售和餐饮事业的方式。我们是一套集农场、种植者、供应商、零售和餐饮于一体的运作网络, 共同致力于提供真实好食。
我们种植自己的农产品, 绝不添加化学农药。我们储备各种天然食品, 生产和销售优质产品,并在我们的餐厅供应新鲜的餐点。随着我们不断发展, 我们的业务也将不断丰富。我们欢迎各方意见, 期待携手共进。扎根中国让我们引以为豪。
