Key Accountabilities:

1. Understand Brand DNA and good fashion style

2. Manage the GL OOH/ AD resources and vendors

3. Liaison with Landlord, and concession brands for GL China, follow up concession brand opening/promotion activities, and negotiate the best resources for GL China

4. Drive traffic to mall via partnership

5. Pursue partnership opportunities with third party, including but not limited to bank, travel and hotel, big data owner

6. Coordinate with internal business units ( retail, digital, CRM and VM, etc.) to implement the project

7. Mature, resourceful and hands on, can handle project independently

Requirements:

1. Bacheor’s Degree or above

2. 6+ years of experience in event management, preferably fashion / luxury and agency background

3. Forward thinking and pro-active with the ability to effectively prioritize projects, skillfully multi-task and enjoy a fast paced work environment

4. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills

5. Retail background, shopping mall or department store

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
