1、接受客户委托并审核托书内容，基本要素信息审核规范后录入系统；

2、联络外部/内部供应商，跟踪业务流转进程；

3、解答客户提出的问题并提供相关货运信息的查询服务；

4、沟通处理各种突发事件；

5、确认各种相关费用；

6、完成上级交办的其他工作。

职位要求：

1、大专以上学历，有操作经验优先考虑

2、熟悉货运代理全产品操作流程，有出口操作经验者优先考虑；

3、有良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够从容应对突发事件。

PoleStar line was established in Mar. 2nd of 2015, headquartered in Ningbo, China. We specialized in global consolidation, import solution and ecommerce logistics. We have own offices in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Yiwu, Nanjing, Suzhou, Nantong, Wuxi, Yangzhou and Huaian. More than 120 own export LCL service reach most main ports in Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, Latin America and Africa. 20 own import LCL service to Ningbo and Shanghai.

In order to provide better and more professional service for cross-border ecommerce customers, Leshine Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd was officially established in May 2018. Focusing on
FBA and overseas warehousing service. So far, more than 20 FBA direct service is offered and
15 overseas warehouses had covered in 8 countries, including USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Spain, Japan, Australia and India.

Based on professional teams and complete overseas agent network, we also cover FCL, Airfreight, customs clearance, transportation and trading.
