Location: Shenzhen（福田区嘉里建设广场）

Position Summary:  

 Prepare daily accounting activities and the regular reports/ tax declare.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure awareness and full compliance with bank’s policy local regulations and reporting requirements by various local regulatory authorities to embed Compliance Risk monitoring as an integral part of the business process; 

  2. Prepare the reports for PBOC/CBRC/TAX Bureau/HO; 

  3. Input daily accounting activities and transactions; 

  4. Prepare the reimbursement and expenses payout; 

  5.Prepare daily GL-Sub ledger, Inter-bank/ Inter-branch accounts  Reconciliation;  

  6. Prepare the tax calculate and declare; 

  7. Booking Fix Assets and checking with Admin support, monitor the FA movement; 

  8. Prepare the monthly operation funding;

  9. Assist manager to handover the Commercial Insurance of the branch Staff; and the Property Insurance; 

  10. Other duties as assigned and ad-hoc.         

Requirements:

 1.     College degree in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines; 

 2.     At least 3 years working experience in banking industries; 

 3.     Team worker, good communication and language(English) skill; 

 4.      Possess personal qualities of dependence, integrity and interpersonal skills.
