Member of Treasury Sales Team. The key responsibility of this team is to build a profitable FX and derivative sales franchise in Shanghai, through acquiring, managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate customers under the corporate banking segment.

 

 

Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

?     Improve the long-term earnings quality of Treasury Sales Team, through diversification of products and expansion of client base.

?     Collaborate with corporate/commercial banking on strategies and marketing ideas, in order to achieve joint-KPI.

 

Business Performance and Management

?     Maximise revenue generated by Treasury Sales Team and to ensure that sales KPIs are achieved, through the marketing of approved products to corporate banking customers.

?     Ensure that team members provide a high quality customer service and relationship management

?     Collaborate with middle and back office, so as to ensure adequate support is provided to Treasury Sales Team.

?     Review and improve processes performed by Treasury Sales Team on a constant basis, to ensure their relevance and efficiency.

 

Regulatory Compliance

?     Ensure that all activities carried out by Treasury Sales Team are in compliance with relevant internal and external policies, rules & regulations.

 

Requirements

?     Bachelor

?     Related work experience in banking is at least 7 years.

?     Fluent in English and Mandarin.
