Responsibilities will include:

• To provide technical support to salesmen with quotations, providing advanced problem analysis and solution proposal; in particular, He/She shall:
• use configurator for quote
• prepare Questionnaire for RFQ
• use Technical Catalogs and Company Tools
• quote accessories, rails and other third party’s supplies (when needed)
• make Layout for proposal purpose by Autocad LT
• To manage the purchase orders received by customers, and make info collection after order to prepare procedural documents; in particular, He/She shall (personally or in liaise with project management team):
• prepare Job Master, with specific attention to completeness, coherence and accuracy
• make Layout by Autocad LT
• manage drawings from Customer by Inventor (if the case)
• prepare Gant
• interface with possible local suppliers (enquiries and orders)
• put in place Customer Management, with specific attention to effectiveness, authoritativeness
• manage the projects with specific reference to care, interest, commitment
• support service team for installation and maintenance
• To personally check the goods (correspondence with Order, quantity and description) with the warehouse keeper and support him during booking of the goods into the accounting system
• To personally check Stock (Systems)/ Stock (Spares) consistence on regular basis
• To personally organize and check invoicing and delivery processes

Candidate profile

• Chinese native
• High educational standing; strong basics in engineering fundamentals
• Clearly demonstrate cost awareness, sensibility & effectiveness
• Autocad skills
• Presentation skills
• Strong team worker with the ability to work autonomously
• Fluent in English
• Possess 2÷3 years working experience in Material handling and industrial manipulators
• Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions of sale will be an advantage
• Short but significant experience of project management within the captioned business will be an advantage
• Must be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and attitude
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to communicate effectively and to relate with resilience, diplomacy and assertiveness at all levels
• Ability to develop and maintain senior relationships
• Result oriented attitude and strategic thinking mindset

The candidate is required to have a strong knowledge of Material handling and industrial manipulators and preferably 10-years working experience in this business; a very good command of English, written and spoken, good communication, negotiation and great organization skills, willingness to travel as well as ability to work autonomously after a training period.
