上海招聘

工作内容：

1. 负责上海Office顾问团队招聘策略，人力资源梯队建设等工作；
2. 负责公司日常行政管理的运作；
3. 与各团队Team Leader紧密合作，通过了解业务和招聘申请制定年度招聘计划；
4. 负责上海办公室业务部门的招聘结果，并与潜在候选人相关者保持更新状态；
5. 开发有效的招聘渠道联系潜在人才，筛选，面试，入职等流程等；
6. 跟进选定的候选人，以确保每名员工流畅的入职体验；
7. 员工考勤、入离职、社保公积金等日常人事工作；
8. 负责公司固定资产管理；
9. 负责公司的档案、文件、资料的统计及管理；
10. 协助员工培训工作；
11. 定期与Team Leader统计招聘数据，复盘以提升招聘效果；
12. 关注人力资源行业市场信息，支持业务团队决策；
13. 上级交给的其它工作。

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，英文读写流畅；

2. 至少1年的招聘或1年以上人事行政工作经验；

3. 熟悉操作Micro Office等办公软件；

4. 工作认真负责，积极主动，语言表达和沟通能力强（能近期到岗者优先考虑)。
