4. Stationary. In charge of stationary order and help to maintain accounts of all staff

A.    Phone call greeting and transfer

B.    Visitor greeting and interviewer arrangement

C.    In & out express management

D.    Badge card application and distribution for visitors and vendors

E.    Support interviews

    6. Admin.

A.    New staff on-board preparation (Name plate/business card/badge card & cover/stationary)

B.    French Visa support and other countries

C.    Office decoration per festival

D.    Office commodity & public stationary management

E.    Coordination with IT or property management on maintenance and daily service

F.    Provide report as necessary

G.    Backup to other team members

H.    Other works assigned by line manager or department head
