职位描述
Responsibility
Monitoring
Monitoring of alert inboxes
Monitoring of incoming queues in the ticket system
Monitoring of mail-based customer communication
Coordinating and ensuring compliance of SLAs / OLAs with customers
Monitoring/Checking of registered downtime with approved status
Monitoring and picking up escalation hotline
Dispatching
Acceptance of fault reports and support requests
Recording, classification, pre-qualification and prioritization of malfunctions and service requests in the ticket system
Assigning fault reports and service requests to members of the support team
Ensuring proper workload distribution amongst team members
Coordination of referencing or interdependent orders
Ensuring compliance with the specified processes
Support and improvement of cross-team communication
Coordination of ticket handover processing amongst various shifts (potentially spread across different locations / time zones)
Housekeeping
monitoring / coordination of reoccurring tasks
Correction for level 2 team's tickets handling or mail from process compliance
Organization
Shift schedule/time recording/vacation regular maintain and management
Other tasks assigned by Team Manager or GM
Mentoring
(the following tasks can be assigned based on individuals' capability between different Dispatchers, it’s not a must but can be a plus)
Notification to L2 team for important technical process change or mail from English to Chinese
English improvement plan and implementation for the whole L2 team (It's not mandatory but it's a quite good plus)
English certification mentoring for specified team members (It's not mandatory but it's a quite good plus)
Requirement
English is a must (CET6 level is minimum)
ITIL preferred
Long time first level technical experience is welcome.
Others
Income: 6k-10k*13-15 months + company benefits
Working time: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00
