职位描述
主要职责：
Representative Duties:
1. Quality & Safety:
Response that all products produced at lines are complying with product specifications.
Ensures that all quality and safety regulations are in place, monitored, and followed by corrective actions.
Support EHS programs and reinforce safe behavior of team members. Act as safety leader in the department.
2. People Management:
Manage teams and ensure individual people development and guidance. Ensure proper training for team members. Communicate plans and information to section teams and follow through on all commitments.
Responsible for work position responsibility, work procedure set-up and work performance evaluation within production department
3. Controlling and Methods:
Responsible for preparing department budget, as well as for adherence to budget figures, tracking and reporting of deviations.
Definition and tracking of conversion process relevant KPIs as well as definition of capacity and line staff requirements as the basis for production planning and product costing.
Responsible for correct collection and registration of cost and line shift performance data for the department.
Responsible for approval within authorization.
4.Production Planning:
Provide expected customer service by producing according to production plan and production compliance based on target cost.
Responsible for production planning and scheduling in the department following the demand requirements.
5.Communication:
Responsible for communication and coordination with other departments and Headquarter with regards to production issues; Responsible for general management and coordination within production department
6.Others:
Carry out project otherwise assigned by operation manager

Qualification of Position:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Over 8 years working experience in manufacturing including at least 5 years management experience
3. Over 5 years Production experience in machinery industry and be familiar with Machining and Assembly.
4. Background in multinational corporation
5.Knowledge and understanding of costing concepts
6.Strong analytical skills necessary to develop and analyze manufacturing processes to maximize productivity.
7.Good communication and interpersonal skills necessary to deal efficiently with company personnel at all levels and various external companies.
8. Good Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CAD
9. Good English speaking ability
