职务目标

按照产品规格及测试方法对原材料(包括包材)、中间品及成品进行质量检测并将分析结果及时通知QC班长和车间相关人员,以确保生产过程中物料的质量。

主要职责

1. 根据质量控制计划对原材料(包括包材)、成品和中间品进行质量控制。

2. 向QC班长和车间相关人员通报分析结果。对于QC检测不合格的物料，要配合车间进行必要的调整。

3. 如有需要，对其它外来样品进行分析。

4. 熟悉相关的分析仪器、设备，并小心维护。

5. 配制和标定标准试剂，合理存放及使用。

6. 一切实验室所做的工作均应保密，不得将实验信息透露给任何未经许可的人员。

7. 保持工作场所整齐、清洁。

8. 如有需要，需翻班、休息时间加班。

9. 遵守所有安全规定和公司各项规章制度，保持GLP规范。

10. 执行上级可能安排的其它任务。

备注：此职位在金山金山卫镇，上班模式为二个早班二个中班二个晚班休两天，依次循环。
