职位描述
Lead MPT business planning and analysis, to drive mutual profitability through the implementation of standardized financial processes, insightful analysis, and cross functional partnership
Lead Territories planning and analysis, including rolling forecast, annual budget and long-range plan, provide insightful analysis and recommendation to territories GM on key business decision, monitor and manage business performance.
Work with MPT team to develop financial model of MPT investment, partner with strategic account team in securing long term financial plan of MPT doors, work with cross functional member to design investment program and track MPT doors performance
As territory Finance to support territory GM to lead monthly and quarterly forecast, annual budget and long-range plan. Play a key role in performance management, reporting, variance analysis, and conduct business review.
Prepare ad hoc analysis on various projects as required.
8-10 years working experience
Technical: relevant planning working experience, strong analytical and problem solving skills
Communication/Language: Fluent in Chinese and English.
Management/Leadership (if applicable): Strong communication and influencing skills, proactive
Other: Good team player and ready for challenge mindset
Unique Abilities Required (e.g. travel, lifting, driving, irregular working hours, etc.):
Positive attitude, able to handle multitask and complicated processes.
CPA / ACCA / CIMA, Big 4 and FMCG experience preferred
