- 利用线上营销和促销活动、线下地推跟进及产品体验优化等多重抓手,制定季度及月度线上用户增长计划,提升客户订单活跃度、订单客单价及长期客户价值
- 深耕客户调研和洞察,深入挖掘用户需求和痛点,切实提升客户满意度
- 负责客户忠诚度项目,利用积分及权益有效提升客户长期忠诚度
- 与数据分析团队和紧密合作,构建运营数据体系
- 负责微信公众号运营,制定内容策略,利用高质量内容提高用户粘性岗位要求:
