职位描述

Background
MPM (Mastec Shanghai) which is divided into two departments MPP (assembly of packaging machines) and MPC (production of components). The department is specialized in milling and turning in smaller to mid sized metal products and in small to mid sized batches as well as a trading of similar parts to customers in Europe. The company has a willingness of growing its business and has in its long term plan an intention to grow more than 140 % within 5 years.. There is still some free capacity in the machine park and the company is willing to invest in new machines if business opportunity occurs.
Main task
The main task for the Sales Rep. is:
? Advertise MPC locally in China and sell the services so that the long term goals are achieved in volume and in strategy.
? Write written agreements with customer
? Make product calculations
? Propose strategic changes in MPC sales approach


Other task
Other tasks for the Sales Rep. are:
? Advertise the Mastec Group and connect potential assembly customer to MPP organization when such opportunity occurs.

Immediate expectations
Initially shall the Sales Rep.:
? Get to know the important contacts within the company, both in Sweden and in China.
? Learn how the operations in MPC work – production and administration processes, production capacity, business strategy and our present customer.
? Explore and analyze potential customer within in the neighborhood, e.g. customer within Wai Gao Qiao FTZ.
? Set up sales strategy.
? Start sales activity.

Formal requirements
The formal requirements for the position are:
? Fluently in English and Mandarin, both in writing and in speech
? Knowledge in machining
