Responsibilities Description
lSupport the recruitment process through candidate selection to offer stage and beyond.
lKeep good working relationship with all channels to source all kinds of candidates. 
lHandle day-to-day HR operations to ensure excellent execution and provide a high-quality service to the company. Ensure smoothly working process for staffing, pre-on boarding, Hukou/working permit/Visa application and renewal, new hire orientation, performance review, compensation and benefits, and exit.
lEmphasis corporate culture and organize internal team building events with Admin team.
lOther assignments by Administration Manager.

Qualifications and Skills
lAt least 2-year proven experience as Recruiting Specialist or headhunter role in FMCG industry.
lFood manufacture background would be ideal though not necessary.
lDemonstrable experience in all HR functions, especially recruitment.
lStrategic thinking with entrepreneur mindset.
lOutstanding English and Chinese communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
