职位描述
销售工程师职责:
1.负责T1市场的前期开发,拓宽销售渠道并按既定要求完成公司的销售指标任务
2.根据客户要求制定内部询价方案和对外报价,负责客户订单的协调工作(签订合同、跟踪到货、货款回收等),与其他相关部门保持有效的沟通,保证订单的及时完成.
3.定期收集T1&OEM市场信息,每季度提交市场和客户的最新需求分析报告。
4.协调解决客户项目开发或生产进度等方面问题
5.协调各部门推动项目正常进行,并完成上级主管安排的其他任务
销售工程师资格:
1.全日制本科及以上学历,机械模具或电子相关专业背景优先
2.五年以上汽车零部件或模具/加工/电子等行业的销售工作经验优先
3.具备较强的客户沟通能力和问题处理能力,适应出差
4.熟练使用office,CAD等办公软件良好的英语书面及口语表达能力
5.良好的个人信誉与职业素养。
Sales&market engineer's Job:
1. Be responsible for development of T1 market in JiangSu province and SH, expand sales channels to complete the sales task required by the company.
2. Make plan according to customer's requirements for enquiry internally and provide quotation to customer ;Be responsible for the implementation of a customer order (contract, tracking the delivery, payment collection, etc.), keep effective communication with internal departments to ensure project on time of delivery.
3. Collect the information from T1&OEM market regularly . And provide the analysis report about the market’s and customer’s requirement latest each of season .
4.Can support and finish the problem what happened during development and mass production for customer.
5.Be responsible for negotiation with each of department for projects going well, and Complete the other tasks assigned by supervisor
Sales&Market engineer's requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above of full time graduation , the major is mechanical&tool or Electronic related .
2. Have 3 years or above of sales working experience in the field like Automotive, Tool, Fabrication, electronic industries etc.
3. Strong ability on communication and solution of problem
4. Can use office and CAD software well, good English in written and oral.
5.Good credit and professional accomplishment.
