职位描述
此岗位是为格里勒沈阳公司在上海新成立的分公司招聘,上海分公司员工数20人以内,办公位置在前台。
工作地点:上海市嘉定区墨玉南路1033号910室
汇报对象:人力资源及行政经理(沈阳)
岗位职责:
Responsible for the company's turntable answer, express mailing, cleaning management, business card printing, key management and other daily admin work;
负责公司总机接听、快递收发、保洁管理、名片印制、钥匙管理等日常工作;
Responsible for the reception, registration and guidance of customers and visitors;
负责客户/来访人员的接待、登记与引导;
Responsible for statistics and monthly settlement of various administrative expenses such as water, express, electricity and property charges;
负责水费、快递费、电费、物业费等各项行政费用的统计和月度结算;
Preparation and support for meeting room reservations, coordination and meetings, training, business visits, etc.;
会议室预订、协调及会议、培训、商务来访等活动的准备和支持;
Responsible for ordering and managing of office supplies and cost payment;
负责办公用品的订购并做好领用登记、费用结算;
Responsible for drafting the relevant administrative types of announcements, notices and other documents;
负责起草有关行政类的公告、通知等文件;
Responsible for booking company tickets, hotels and restaurants;
负责公司票务、酒店、餐厅的预定工作;
The management of fixed assets in the office to ensure that the accounts of the assets correspond to the actual situation and to assist the financial inventory activities;
办公室固定资产的管理,确保资产账目与实际相对应,且能协助财务进行盘点活动;
Responsible for the maintenance and management of the office environment, in case of damage to contact the property or professionals in a timely manner for repair;
负责办公环境的维护与管理,如有损坏及时联系物业或者专业人员进行维修;
Responsible for office activities and holiday office decoration, such as birthday parties, Christmas events, annual meetings, etc.
负责办公室活动以及节假日办公室布置,如:生日会、圣诞节活动、年会等;
Coordinate GM’s schedule and business travel arrangements, and make appointments or receptions accordingly;
协调总经理的日程及商务出行安排,并根据日程做好有关人员预约或接待;
Responsible for the records and statistics of employee attendance and leave, archive the records and send them to HR on a regular basis;
负责员工考勤和休假的记录和统计,将记录存档并定期发给HR;
To assist in handling the procedures of employee entry, transfer, change, separation, etc., and to update the company's contacts in a timely manner;
协助办理员工入职、转正、异动、离职等手续、及时更新公司通讯录;存档相关记录;
Assist HR in the statistics and distribution of employee benefits;
协助HR进行员工福利的统计和发放;
Visa and invitation procedures for overseas employees or foreign visitors;
为出国员工或国外访客办理签证和邀请函等手续;
Complete other work assigned by GM and HR Manager.
完成总经理或HR交办的其他工作。
任职资格:
Full-time undergraduate education and above, more than 5 years of relevant working experience, engaged in administrative or HR work is preferred;
全日制本科及以上学历,5年以上相关岗位工作经验,从事过行政或HR工作优先;
Master MS Office software, Word, EXCEL, PPT, etc.
熟练掌握MS Office办公软件,Word, EXCEL,PPT等;
- Good manners, good image temperament, familiar with business etiquette;
举止大方得体、成熟稳重、形象气质佳、熟悉商务礼仪;
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
良好的英语听、说、读、写的能力;
Has cheerful, warm and honest characteristics, and work in a flexible, careful and Methodical way;
性格开朗、热情、诚实,做事认真、灵活、细心、有条理;
Good written, oral expression, affinity and sense of service;
